Bootham School

Bootham School, a private boarding school, has harnessed the expertise of Crown Trade to protect their historic building in the city of York.

The windows of Fox House, which is situated on Portland Street in the city centre, were in need of attention and the Crown Paints Specification Team were called in to help.

After a site survey by the team, Crown Trade Stronghold Exterior Gloss and Crown Trade Stronghold Exterior Primer Undercoat were specified for the job.

Crown Trade Stronghold Exterior Primer Undercoat, which is specially formulated for use with the Stronghold Exterior Gloss, offers long term protection for exterior timber as well as correctly prepared metal work.

The high performance solvent-borne gloss has a proven durability of six years and offers a flexible finish for exterior wood.
