Returns & Refunds

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it within 28 days in its original condition and with proof of purchase and we'll refund it for you.

By original condition, the item should be unused and undamaged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

You can make your return at any of our Crown Decorating Centres.

 Your refund will be processed via our Head Office, and should be back with you within 7 working days.

Online Click & Collect orders will be kept in store for 28 days. After this time, the store will process a return and refund you your payment.
