Ordering at Crown Decorating Centres

Unfortunately our Crown Decorating Centres website is temporarily closed. For queries regarding any existing online orders, please speak to our dedicated team on 01254 870 189. 


You can now place orders, for either Delivery or Collection, via one of our regional order hubs.

 The available range includes Crown Trade, Macpherson, Sadolin and Sandtex products (tinting options also available), along with a limited selection of other paint ranges such as Zinsser, Coo Var, Bedec, Osmo etc.

We also have an essential range of sundries available for delivery and click and collect. A member of our team will be able to advise on specific product availability when you get in touch.

To place an order, simply follow the 3 steps below.

  1. Find your nearest order hub from the regional lists below
  2. Once you’ve found your local hub, get in touch to place your order either via the email address or telephone number provided
  3. Let our teams know if you’d like your order to be delivered (charges apply), or if you’d like to collect directly from the hub

A member of our team will then be able to advise you on your Delivery date or Collection date and time slot.

When emailing a hub please include:

  • Name 
  • Contact number 
  • Which products you're looking to order (you don't need to list specific products if you're unsure, general info such as 'interior navy paint' is fine, just enough for our teams to be able to make some recommendations)

Regional Order Hub Opening Times:

  • Monday – Friday 7am-5pm
  • Saturday – 8am-12pm

Please note that opening times may vary for some of our Order Hubs, please get in contact with your local Hub to check.


All deliveries are made via Fedex, and delivery is charged at £6.99 minimum, the cost may vary depending on size/weight of order to be delivered. A member of our team will advise on a delivery date when processing your order.


If you're local to one of our hubs, you also have the option to collect your order. We have new collection processes in place (adhering to Gov guidance on social distancing), including allocated collection time slots, which are listed below. Our teams can also advise on the process, and any queries you may have, upon ordering.

The safety of our teams and of our customers is paramount therefore we would ask for the following guidelines to be adhered to:

  • All click and collect orders will be confirmed via telephone
  • A date and time slot will be allocated for your order
  • The date and time slot must be adhered to, to ensure we can manage social distancing and protect you and our staff
  • All customers must remain outside the branch and be “served through the door” at your given time slot


With the situation changing daily, we’ll continue to review Government guidance and manage how we can safely support our customers through this challenging time. We can’t promise that we can cover all your needs right now but we will do our best to support you and hopefully this temporary new service will be of help to you.
