Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Grey is a high-performance universal water-based primer-sealer/stain killer/bond coat that combines fast-dry convenience with outstanding adhesion and stain killing power. Use Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Grey for interior and exterior walls, doors, trim, panelling, siding, window frames and shutters, any surface where a fast-drying, high hiding, high-adhesion primer is needed. Use Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Grey Primer with rich or dark topcoat colours to improve their hide and coverage. This all-purpose water-based primer-sealer can be used over or under any oil or latex architectural paint and is ideal for new construction and refurbishment.
